In layman's terms, yes -- it's a graphic representation of the evidence, but in order for it to be introduced as evidence, it has to be forensically verified.
That's done through IMEI's and subpoenas sent to WhatsApp and the telecom provider. Andrew knows this, but he also knows that it takes years to try a case like his, and thanks to bureaucracy, he can seem like a martyr in the mean time, even though it's obvious how he makes his money.

We'll see the evidence when the trial happens. Some people won't care, as in their minds they want men with masculine traits such as the Tate brothers to be punished for merely existing. To me, it will be the trial of the century.
I certainly hope they didn't actually abuse women. If they did, they should be punished.
Anyone who has spent time around sex workers knows they aren't the most mentally stable people in the world. The brothers spent time with hundreds of women over the years who were some type of sex workers.
I just think the Tate brothers were easy targets to go after legally because of their involvement in the adult industry and their reputations of being labeled "misogynists" due to their anti-feminist views.
Andrew has "insulted" anyone who isn't him: men who don't workout, aren't rich, date single mothers, aren't successful entrepreneurs, don't date multiple beautiful women, etc. I believe he's more critical of weak men than unvirtuous women.
I recall when Andrew's videos starting going viral, people were trying to call him an "incel" and saying he can't get women, you know, the usual "small dick energy" type of insults.
But when videos appeared of Andrew obviously being a multi-millionaire with DOZENS of beautiful women, often in groups at a single time partying together, they could no longer use the "incel" label and had to change the narrative to some type of rapist, sex trafficker, abuser accusations.
They have a lot of money and had tens of millions of dollars in cars alone which were seized by the Romanian government. You think jilted-ex lovers and corrupt politicians wouldn't want a piece of that?
Personally, I'm not into extreme porn as Max Hardcore produced. I like watching videos where all parties involved seem to be enjoying themselves. I think guys that produce that type of content make the industry look bad. Obviously, some women (and some men) like to be choked, have hair pulled, whipped...so, of course, whether that type of porn should be produced is debatable.
My worst experience as a software provider for the industry was with one of Max's employees over 10 years ago, who literally threatened violence against me if I didn't go out of my way to perform work which would be considered above and beyond the product he paid for.
As for single mothers, I was unfortunately raised by one. I won't post the stats (as I already have several times), but being raised by a single mother is one of the most detrimental things that could be imposed on a child. Boys do not want to be taught how to be men by women. We want to be led by men greater than ourselves.
Find me a sane person who can convince me being raised by a single mother is better than being raised in a two-parent household. Single mothers are the largest producers of criminals, kids with mental disorders, kids growing up in poverty, and children who get abused physically and sexually as they don't have a strong man to protect them.
The only type of person who would defend single motherhood is a predator, who would prey on vulnerable children.
Honestly Wautier, your liking of Max Hardcore (extreme porn), defending of single motherhood and "nice guy" personality comes off as extremely suspicious to me.
