Why do you think the guy is now wearing a cover on those tattoos? Basically he painted his chest tattoo all black, from what it looks like in the latest videos. The oldest tattoo was this one in the image, later a cover of a dragon or something like that until recently, and now in the latest videos it appears all covered up.
I am not saying that he is guilty, I am only saying that there are reasonable doubts as to why he is covering up the tattoos that are seen in live shows that circulate around.

I scanned through the 14-page indictment for the Tate brothers and their 2 female assistants, it's the most redundant document I've ever seen...
Okay, so they ran a webcam studio, housed women in a mansion or luxury apartment, transported them (likely in taxis, Ubers or luxury vehicles) and made them feel like they would be a big family.
People are trying to make it sound like these women were being kidnapped off the street, stolen from their families, tied up and transported as human cargo and forced to perform on webcam with guns pointed at them by masked men out of camera frame.
What they did doesn't sound much different than what huge Silicon Valley corporations do for their employees. Corporate condos, buses to and from work, chefs, laundry and making them feel like part of a family.
I'm sure Andrew knew that many sex worker females have a hard time keeping a man due to the drama or jealously it brings and he assured these women he would always be there for them. Yes, much like pimps do. But I don't think they used "gorilla pimping" tactics by getting them hooked on drugs and making violent threats against these women. Andrew says he has never done drugs and even thinks vaping is horrible.
As for the tattoos, (I have none and never will) I would probably want to cover what looks like a butterfly tattoo as well.
Many newer porn performers (cam or video) don't show their faces for their privacy in case they want to go back to regular lives. Doesn't mean they're guilty of crimes.
