The Tiktok argument is what Andrew used in the interview with Tucker Carlson to try to ridicule the case, but these documents deny his statements. Since he talks about Tiktok and TikTok money for ads, but clearly in the interview he omits the part that tiktok is only to bring traffic to Onlyfans. And he also omits that his charges date from 2016 which is before all this tiktok and onlyfans thing.
I'm just saying that European justice is serious and Romania is one of the countries with the most experience in this type of crime. For years they were major importers of prostitution and human trafficking in Europe.
The authorities would never do this grand bluff of imprisoning him without clear charges and key witnesses.
They have everything well tied up, otherwise they would not have imprisoned him and he would have remained free as an investigated.
