I asked Konrad this same question when their cam script first came out and he said to get in touch with Natalie at Mojohost and they could put together a similar hosting deal as the one they offer for their tube script.
Edit: Looks like Natalie already answered this. I'll reach out to you Natalie as I'm interested in this offering.
