being real though...kinda an expert on this subject and electrolyte balance is about how your body feels
getting cramps, getting dizzy, skin tingly? yeah, minimum coconut water, orange juice (fresh) and a banana
if really bad then holla pedialyte as per money_biz. I always have that on hand in my freezer. keep my bananas in the freezer as well. freeze well; like my food cool. both frozen mango (RIP mango season) and banana are better than ice cream
for energy if you don't want coffee try bissy tea. REALLY good for you
I need my coffee but too much and I do get quivery. bissy provides the boost without the jolt
I think a lot of people go cold into workouts, if energy boost for that is the issue here
stretch like a mofo to your fav tracks, every morning whether you work out or not. dance to them too
maybe try starting with the easier stuff and building up to the hard core 10 mins in. if using videos learn them, try the easier stuff first by skipping around on them (more than one) and then finish them all hard
my 1 hour 40 min workout today took me three hours in this oven
breaks to wring out my workout shirt, mop up the floor from sweat with a workout shirt I didn't wash from yesterday (floor dry in 5 mins in this heat). but revved to get back as I never sat down and just stretched until safe to start jumping around again. at times that took me some time, I can't do heat stroke and that's a real risk here and no doubt a lot of places
some prefer to come on hard though, so to each their own. just know for myself until endorphins kick in all the caffeine in the world won't help me
SO much more badass at 20 mins than min 1
re plan: you have to find your groove
you don't need anything but real food to do it
