Yes, one of my exclusive videos was hit with this about a month ago. it was just a mistake on behalf of the producer who submitted it.
Do you own the rights to the video? it could be just a mistake. I messaged back that I owned the video and to have the producer double-check. I also emailed them (the producer with the false DMCA) off their site to let them know. I believe they contacted Xvideos and the infraction was removed from my account.
