Keep in mind, a new url will pop up and get indexed fast. We submit over a 1000 serps a day. Eventually they may move on. Maybe not. One thing we did was stop releasing HD content on day 1. A lot of these zero hour rip sites depend on HD-4k and uploaded within a few hours. You take that away you really put a wrench in the machine. Just assure your members that even after they cancel/expire, youll send them the hd of what they missed. Keep in mind pirates do pay (the ones who monetize your content) so you will lose some sales, but worth it in the end. Try going after their domain, too. A lot of precedent has been set by mindcock
