A few months back, I have a similar problem. They need a residence proof, and don't take the ofificial ID of my country, because they don't want to be same as de proof of ID.
They want to be two differentes documents.
It was hell, I had to make a new passport only for paxum, because with other documents that they said could be valid, they always threw them back...
They suppport mail was not helpfull, always same response, like a fucking robot...
