I would suggest treating each video as a blog post. Can you get 300 to 500 words describing each video? If not go feed your movie titles to Caption Queen scene description AI and let it help you.
That alone will make a massive difference for you.

I could believe that about bounce rate and time on site , but when i compare my site in similar web ( since i dont have GA data of other sites )

i mean , based on available data is hard to believe that google banned me for bounce rate , and time on site , when out there is sites with same or worst stats .
