The sad part is that it's not going to be taken down.
I hope that you weren't charged for his services, IMHO.
You can submit a DMCA notice yourself to any file locker, and it will be honored. But, you have no way of knowing when the links will be re-generated (they take those links down, but the webmaster is able to re-generate new ones).
