Can you send example URL of the video which has a huge banner over it? You may be talking about the "Channel" page which is different than the single video pages which get a lot more traffic.

Just for example. Videos are hours, days, weeks, old - everything looks fine. Even .com watermark (they have 3 watermarks in a video xD).
