Actually, "forced reps" are unhealthy for metabolic well being.

Any exercise that causes micro-tears, for purposes of rebuilding more tissue, puts your body in sympathetic mode (fight flight vs rest and heal).

Non-aerobic exercise has greater advantages for overall health.

Focusing on:

- Keto diet
- Intermittent fasting (I have been doing one meal a day OMAD for 1.5 years now)
- Feed your gut biome
- Daily gentle regular exercise and stretching
- 12 hrs down time each day.
- Regular prayer/meditation
