Hopefully you had your communication with NC either via chat or email, and have it saved somewhere.
You have a couple of options. Either insist that it be escalated to management immediately, giving them X number of days to confirm that the refund/reversal was processed with your bank, or else you will manage to file a complaint with your bank directly that should result in a chargeback to the merchant.
