redwhiteandblue is right - CentOS shouldn't even be considered, especially for a monster-sized server like you need.

Also just as an FYI, you should consider recommending Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS to your client for this. Assuming that most of the 30TB you require is for storage, you can save alot of money using Azure over regular hosting companies. AWS is a good choice too and may even be a little cheaper, but Azure beats them when it comes to security.
