I would love to see a good psychological horror movie. Violence is uncessary. "The Others" with Nicole Kidman was really well done. "The Mist" was great too.
One of the better movies I saw was "The Invisible Man" (2020). At least, the first half was great. It started with a woman being terrorized by an "invisible man", who may or may not exist. Is she crazy? Probably? What is she really seeing? The movie does all kinds of in-camera tricks like using Negative Space to make you feel uneasy. It was really cool. The last half of the movie dives into sci-fi shlock which is a real shame.

The Others (2001) - amazing!
The Mist (2007) - also great one (Stephen King novel)
The Invisible Man (2020) - interesting and tense, also inspired by SF/Horror novel of a same name, but from 1897! Writer H.G. Wells was obviously ahead of his time.
