Is it still a thing to do the:

GSA Spam Comments --> Web 2.0 --> Personal PBN --> Money Site ?

Meaning is that considered a good SEO practice?

Or do you just throw as many links as you can (Web 2.0 and better) at your site and get volume, while trying to obviously target high quality.
