Pretty much what it has already been said. This is one of those networks that needs optimization almost daily otherwise you spend your money on dubious sources. Ask for blacklists on a recurring basis and it should be manageable.
It used to be one of our top networks in the past but we had to cease buying from them for a while. We've restarted some campaigns in the last couple months at a relatively low pace and it hasn't been doing as good as it once was.
