Maybe Verotel can be an option for you as a third party biller. I'm not sure if this is still their standard policy, but years ago when I first used them they would setup what is know as a "Stichting" under for you when creating an account. A completely legal entity under Dutch Law that would be registered under your behalf using their company address as an address of record. The only mention of your name, I believe, is as a record of ultimate beneficiary, but that's only in your account panel at Verotel. I have been inactive for years now but even today when I login it shows my Stitching for company info and my details as a contact and beneficiary.
Not sure if this is still the case but you may want to reach out to Verotel support and start the convo. Payment processing fees are about the same as all third party billers, around 15%, which they lower on volume.
