I checked and all sites seem live.
Not one is set to under maintenance.
But i will contact them to question why this may be the case for you.
As for vids, i set the update option to not play vids but show screen shots. This is an option you can opt for. For me I find it converts better to ease people, rather than let them see the stuff free, but I may be wrong. I just feel it converts better when I opt for this setting.
