- Use CCBill.com, Segpay.com or Epoch.com as your payment processor. Each will charge you about 14.5% per transaction, but they provide excellent services & tools and services. CCBill offers an affiliate program that can help you to get more traffic too.
- Build your own website on your own. It may take you more time, but the experience and knowledge you gain from doing this is invaluable. Start by downloading any number of free HTML5 Templates from places like https://freehtml5.co then go from there. Starting with a Template helps make sure that you get the look-and-feel that you want, and that your design always looks great on Desktop and Mobile devices.
- Choose your hosting provider carefully. You don't need a dedicated server. A small virtual server is ideal, and costs only a few dollars a month. I personally like https://tmdhosting.com alot. Or another alternative is to ask someone to spin-up a virtual machine for you at https://linode.com but while cheaper, it is more complicated to do.
Good luck!! If you need any assistance please feel free to contact me at [email protected]

this is also decent advice.
the downside being you have lots of costs.
1. site design
2. payment (i think ccbill wants about $700 upfront in you are in the usa)
3. dedicated server (4k files are large and you will need a server with a lot of space)
4. hacking prevention 9you will need to have security to stop password sharing and brute force attacks)
5. somone to create your fhg's
however ccbill does have a easy way to set up an affiliate system.
you can cascade payment systems with ccbill
the downside with ccbill is years ago they updated there site from being fine to now horrible to use.
