NatalieK.com comes up first if searching for just Natalie K, but if Natalie K xxx, Natalie K adult, Natalie K porn, bla bla bla
the .com doesn´t come up in google search but the .xxx does...
so literally depends on the terms used. If someone´s looking for porn, the .xxx will have priority
