Good to hear that you're cured. In case you relapse, consider including all of the following conditions into a future agreement:

- agreement was received for review 10 calendar or business days before signing

- was given the opportunity to seek independent review of the agreement by legal counsel of their choice

- they are not under any form of duress or influence of alcohol drugs (prescribed or otherwise)

- they are not diagnosed or known to have ___________, _____________ issues such as ___________, _____________.

- they acknowledge having a copy of the agreement for their own records.

I'm on a mobile and too lazy to look up the actual verbiage. But hopefully you get the point. Ideally you have them initial every clause, and have them videotaped while reviewing the agreement before signing, having them verbally acknowledge that they fully understand everything in it, don't have any questions or concerns, and have them hold up a legal ID and have them sign it in the presence of a notary. At minimum it should be a witness with their ID info address and contact details.

It may appear as overkill, but I have legal complaints thrown out because of the extraordinary steps I have taken with models.
