Using them for 2 years or so and everything went fine. Fast (real) support too. I only exchanged BTC to Paypal yet. They send the Paypal not as friend (so paypal transaction fees are a little downer) and they often send the money in multiple transactions from different accounts (so wait always until your exchange is "completed").
