I think they wanted over 34k a month, while most places want 31k.
It used to be Brians fish and chips for years and years.
If I went past it always had lots of customers.
These places used to be a gold mine.
When I was at college in Morley a girl's mum had one, and it was not even that good. But her mum got her anything she wanted.
