I have a blog-style wordpress site that I started in 2014. On it I write about getting laid, hookers, travel, porn, and the occasional news. "Guy stuff." Earnings have been increasing every year, even during the times I took off.

I don't mind running the site. In fact it's a fun personal project that ended up making money. But if I could get a reasonable lump sum for the site, I would do it so that I can focus on some other projects.

The income comes from 5 porn affiliates, 3 cam affiliates, 2 dating affiliates, and occasional "direct" sales (banners, contextual links, sponsored posts).

I don't buy traffic, links, sponsored posts, etc. It is all organic traffic. I built the site by writing out the articles. Some rank high in Google. I also have a lot of repeat visitors.

I will provide proof of all income, traffic, etc., to serious buyers.

I will only sell if I get a reasonable offer. I'd also be okay with continuing on with it if I can't get a decent price.
