3 things I would do:
1. Update the database regularly and join the new sites
2. Review the error logs and resubmit to the declines. If they consistently don't work, remove from list but give this time
3. Submit from a fast connection, it will make the process easier and less tedious
Bonus Tip:
Setup your own tube to submit to. Why go through all that work and not take full advantage? I prefer
