Hi. I have a rather specific source of passive income.
Previously, I was actively involved in creating music compilations (PMV) for PornHub. I have succeeded quite well in this - my verified account has 25k subscribers. And even though I can't monetize my work directly on the PH, from the very beginning I used membership services to earn at least something from my work. Initially, I used the Patreon, at the moment I use the SubscribeStar.
I hardly interact with my audience, I don't use any actions to keep the audience, so I don't have a stable number of members.
But it still brings a monthly passive income. Albeit a small one.
The main reason why members pay for a subscription is that they can download my compilations in high quality and resolution.
The only material resource that I spend is paying for the cloud.
I am sure that if I wanted and knew how to work with an audience, worked on client retention, etc., then the income would be greater.
But I'm completely burn-out. I spent a lot of time and effort on this, but did not get the expected return. And now I just want to get it out of my life and focus on something new. But just throwing it in the trash means devaluing all my time spent.
Therefore, I had the idea to sell the case to a person who could possibly bring something new to this. Perhaps a creative person, or just a business person.
I was offered several models - for example, to rent out this account, or take under my care novice PMV creators and promote them using my accounts.
Fuck it all, I just don't want to work with porn. and I wondered if it was possible to accumulate the value of this passive income and transfer it to the hands that would be interested in it. But I can't imagine how I can calculate the price. So the price remains open to your suggestions.
I want to refer absolutely everything - PH account with 25k subscribers, a SStar account with passive income and a Twitter account with 800 subscribers.
Some additional information:
PH account is over 8 years old.
SStar account was activated in 11/30/20, over the entire period of its existence, $8,5K have been earned.
But I started "actively promoting" SStar account about a year ago. Earned this year $5,5K.
Annual expenses - in my case, it was $50 to pay for the cloud. In your case, the amount may be different.
Time required to manage/grow - you get a ready-made case. First of all, you will spend time uploading content to your cloud and editing download links for subscribers. Further manage/grow depend only on your goal.
