I'm going to make this as short as possible. Looking for quality chatters who are prepared to learn and understand the art of pretending to be an 18yo girl. We're a growing agency specializing in Reddit marketing. Our chatting team is currently built from Filipinos which has its downsides (double-shifting, most of the time clueless, and so on -> I'm not saying all Filipinos are bad). We pay out weekly and we have always paid everyone, even if we were the ones getting scammed by double shifting, super low response times, and so on. We're currently doing 34k gross revenue this month with 4 models (1 is making 20$k) and I know this can be easily doubled by getting capable motivated people for the job. All chatters go through a preliminary test, 2 days of training, and then a final test. I am prepared to show my legitimacy as a telegram group owner, so there's also my reputation in steak in case you're afraid of being scammed. Our current payment structure is:
- Base salary: $2/hr
- Commission: 6% of sales
- Weekly bonuses: $120 for achieving $2,400 in sales or $200 for reaching $3,500 in sales
I know it's possible to get way more out of subscribers because we're constantly dealing with chatters not replying, double shifting and just not following instructions. When my partner and me were chatting by ourselves we were able to make 8k$ from around 8 paid subs per day on average with a milf average looking model. We're currently running free subs and are getting around 100 subs on average with our main model. I found that's about 25 paid. We sometimes peak to even almost 200 but never more with our main model.
