The only way to go is to disable popunders completely for Google traffic. They urge you to use interstitial instead, if I remember well. Their main problem with this - and I totally understand this - is the 'browser history hijecking' which is originated from how the popunders work:

Popunders open a new tab in your browser, with same content [the video page on a tube for example] and redirect the previous tab. But at the same time, the new tab has no history, you can't go back to the previously visited pages anymore.
