I guess it is technically an industrial tent, but Resorts World has lots of events there, including non-adult ones.
I liked the high ceilings in the space and had a great show.
Folks I know have told me they got kicked out of Circa for basically being too tattooed and sexy, so don't think that would be a fit, although it seems like it should be with the 21+.
