That means "
some" transfers work. According to Trustpilot reviews there are still a significant amount of users who never see their money. There is a MassPay representative there suggesting to get in touch with support. I can tell you what happens next: they tell you they are going to investigate and after a few days they confirm that "their partner told them the money was on the way" and you never receive anything.

Nov 10: transfer MassPay -> my bank
Nov 17: email to support
Nov 19: reply from support : "our partner confirmed the transfer was done"
Nov 20: still no money
