I can't believe nobody on GFY has bragged about spending like 50k and setting up their own unrestricted AI that is constantly launching businesses and doing trades for them... I bet if someone built their own at-home, unrestricted AI, that in under a couple years they could retire off the earnings of the unmonitored AI.
For example, in construction in Canada, you need traffic control, right? I worked for a year+ as the dispatcher for a traffic control company, and learned nearly everything about the business. Every job site, pretty much, needs a TMP. Traffic Management Plan. Now this type of plan is used all across B.C. to do any construction that fucks up traffic, right? Well, here's the deal. You need someone to make you a TMP, and they can take hours for a person to make them and you need to set your taper by speed, conditions, grade, etc etc. Many factors involved in creating a traffic management plan that suits the conditions. For example, if you are working on the other side of a hill during the summer months, and the street faces east-west, you will need to take into consideration the time of day the construction is happening and the position of the sun, and set more cones so people know it is a construction site before they crest the hill and are blinded by the sun. Lots of shit like that.
However, the AI could learn all of this, and the AI could/should be able to generate a TMP in seconds. Right now, if you had a job site where you needed to erect a crane, you'd need a traffic management plan to do so, and it would cost you $300+ (give or take)
An AI should be able to whip that shit together for much less... that would be just 1 business that the AI could handle and run completely autonomously, putting real people out of work, fast. Top TMP designer I knew made $40+ an hour and had a real plush office!
