Try looking around for obvious things first. Is your power cable inserted and snug?

The power switch probably has some dust in it. Try blowing it out. If you have can of compressed air used for electroincs, use that instead.

If you are handy and have the parts, try swapping out the power supply next or even better, just take it to your local PC shop and have them fix it. Parts are cheap AF these days.
