We’re an OF couple (1000+ subscribers) looking to hire their first OF chatter.

**Requirements:**

- Native-level fluency in English
- Minimum 20 hours a week, spread over at least 4 days each week

**Pay:**

- Commission-only — 15%-25% (depending on experience level)
- Paid weekly

- We really want someone we can build a team with over the long-term, so ideally you could work with us for at least 1 year or longer (3+ years)
