Most of the time these rooms are offline for about 10 minutes because the model is taking a break.
Technically you could spend thousands to fix this issue, but that depends on if your profit is over $2,000 per month to justify a small time frame in which a model may or may not be online. Also viewers can just refresh and get a new model, exactly what I tell mine to do.
