Big companies like that well know what problems can happen when they do such racist moves so normally they are more than beware of this don't happen - even if the boss is KKK member. And also it's not realistic that a whole company with all employees is racist - if the story is in that way, it's more possible this single employee is. If thats so I would first report it to paxum itself to check it (maybe easier than a lawsuit agiant the company aboard). They will check what happen and maybe can confirm the wrong handling by the employee or they can explain why person 2nd person had more problems with registration.
