That's pretty cool!
My maid is deaf mute and have taught me sign language. Once I started learning I also started noticing more deaf people around, and I've become acquainted with quite a few.
They all have their own little sounds, I could identify several of them from sound alone as they are quite unique. You also start to learn different sounds and tones, and will eventually be able to pick up enough context from a simple sound to know roughly what they mean.
I'm curious what this dude is trying to express here, what are his inner signs (deaf version of an inner voice) as he's making these sounds and acting all cool?
Either way, good for him! Not often you see a deaf mute person from the 3rd world living their best life.
