Closest thing these days are tip menus and goals on cam sites..
Someone tried porn crowdfunding years ago and I don't think it got anywhere. But, it wasn't for making enough money to create scenes, it was more for crowd funding a whole company/tube/affiliate program/manufacturing/etc kinds of things.
