MOJO has different support plans, from Basic to On Demand to "Complete". When you sign up, you can choose the support option you want.
Sometimes they get slammed, but mostly I have tickets that are answered, and usually resolved, within 15 to 30 minutes. There are exceptions, of course, depending on the complexity of the ticket. But generally speaking, they're pretty damn fast.
