If they close an account they must do it for a reason.. If I were you, I would try to discuss the reason and resolve the issue rather than posting it here.
Sponsors should give the affiliate a reason when they close an account. If they do not, then the flank is left open for the wronged affiliate to complain and this is the right place to do it.

My advice is to post a thread explaining the case in detail, post screenshots if you have them and tag the rep if they have one on GFY. If they don't have a rep send them an email with the link. Maybe if they see it's costing them reputation they will try to explain here what happened or reinstate the account altogether.
