You're wrong. Buying with a discount people try it out and check how the product is supported. Words before the sale are worth nothing. If everything works well and support responds and provides assistance, it makes sense and move to a higher price. And if, for example, the support does not respond for 2 days (in my case), why bother and pay money further.
