Goodluck finding someone who can accept decent volumes. We used to process trials in-house and also had iframe support for external parties, but stopped due to banks becoming more strict.
The only way to do this is with really HQ MIDs preferably with real products attached to it and some kind of cloaking on the checkout page, however I haven’t tried this yet.
