There are plenty of free options around. reddit, twitter, tube uploads, traffic trades etc.. once you have enough traffic you can leverage yourself into a better position through partnerships. When you have budget focus on media buying, advanced seo etc.. It's mainly about having quality content and good systems in place with strong monetization.
