So we all grow up in a culture of bigger is better and then you ask why? Good question, asking your peers is a good start but as you can see, everyone now has a different opinion on the matter.
I didn't grow up as a petite white girl (the demographic of the example you posted) in the 2000's so perhaps something helped influence these pornstars from an early age to always chase an ideal. One that is set forth by media, society, and culture at large.
