869 posts and young on the board - yet you feel you've earned the right to talk to the mods and request someone be banned? actually isn't it more than one?
You simply don't do that. Mod's will not listen to you - and without solid proof making claims and breaking board rules is a quick way to get banned yourself - and you're to much of a newbie already developing a negative reputation to be missed or making it a hard decision for anyone to do so. You're getting more patience handed to you by mods than most I've seen. Sorry man - but it's getting to much
