TheScamsheriff -Protecting the adult Industry.

Hey Guys! I Have been a victim of multiple scams and have seen almost daily reports of scammers on these forums and others. I have had an idea, and I'm looking for feedback if you think it's a good...bad idea, improvements...

So, having looked in detail at several posts, I see several problems that allow these scammers to steal your money and pretend to be owners. I propose the following

I will build a website where webmasters can register and be marked as Authorized Owners.

To become an authorized owner, we will require the owner to provide the following information to be an authorised website owner.

They must also provide a text file on the domain in question. We will check the text file to validate the first part of ownership. (Of course any programmer could do this, so this is not the only step.

Domain Validation part 2

We will require the user to send an email from the domain's main email. We will check the IP to ensure it originates from the originating IP Domain Validation 3

We will require three references from colleagues (these must be industry veterans) 3.

Once all validation steps from 1-3 are complete, they will become Validated Authorized Owner .

There will be a search facility where users can search for a website and check who REALLY owns the website.

After this, initial safeguard of website ownership is in place. We will work on preventing your money being stolen. We will do this in several steps. There will be a "file a report button '"Once we receive the report, all website owners and users will be notified of the scammers' your email,"IM address ,payment ID, and any other information given in the report.

These are just my initial thoughts and feedback would be most welcome. The website will be free to use with possible sponsors and an optional PayPal "donate button".

We will also have active Skype to speak to us and report your concerns.

We will also work with Paxum, PayPal and other payment methods to accumulate evidence in the hope the scammers' payment method can be shut down, any money frozen and, if the money still exists, for it to be returned to the owners.
