2021-2024 hardest years of my life hands down without a question. Nothing compares to the total alienation from society for refusing the experimental shot. I completely stopped participating in society and life, basically, and that's how I became an alcoholic hermit and why I need to get a phone and get back into being my pre-COVID self!

The fact that you take time to respond to anything Covid related, but don't reply to posts like Sly's above shows how disconnected from reality you have become.
I think your life is in serious danger to be honest with you. Like Sly said the extreme downs to the extreme ups like you've shown in this thread are really concerning.
If you want to live, I would suggest you seek professional help like many people have said. You have a daughter that you love, right? Is she worth going to 1 doctor visit and seeing what they have to say?
Even if you don't trust doctors/the government/vaccine/etc. What do you have to lose at this point? You're already at rock bottom. At least see what they have to say. You owe your family and yourself at least that much
I hope I'm wrong, but I feel like you are most likely isolated from social contact and just spend your time on the computer watching conspiracy theorists online. That won't end well.
Lots of people here have offered to talk to you privately and shared resources with you.
Do you have an open mind? At least see what a professional has to say. It may very well save your life.
Or you can continue talking about covid conspiracies and continue to do nothing. Which will likely lead to more substance abuse and ultimately in your death somehow most likely
