Although it will be more expensive (honestly it's really not that expensive,) you really need a host that specializes in adult content. There are only two that I would recommend at the moment: Vacares and MojoHost.
I know for a fact that Vacares offers hosting for exactly what you're looking for, and I have personally used their system to manage WordPress and the associated updates in a very efficient and automated way for clients in the past. I also know that MojoHost offers something similar for WordPress webmasters.
Either way, you will get a better, more personable experience than with a mainstream host. Mainstream hosts will used shared environments and oversell them. Adult hosts are a bit more interested in keeping things contained, so I think you'd be looking at a virtual private server. These adult hosts offer a better class of product, and it shows. Even with mainstream clients, I still recommend these hosts.
You can find my affiliate links to them on my website, or if you prefer, you can talk to the owners who are both on gfy. I'm sure they'll chime in at some point.

Ok ty I will take a look. Would the Namecheap no-adult restriction also apply to a domain name registration do you think?
