Just be yourself. Write honest stories, opinions, advice, etc. Make sure your content is unique, and you will find your audience. You should also consider reaching out to TheLegacy for tips and pointers on how to structure the text for lots of love from Google...
And if you make videos, look for ways to make them informative and entertaining. Take your audience seriously and they will take you seriously.
