If you have something unique to offer sure, but for some (most?) sites there will be plenty of alternatives a simple search away.

I hear what you are saying but even sites not hosted in the US or UK will want to do business in these places so will have to comply. In time, once more and more sites signup for the new AVS system the less 'free porn' will be out there. Maybe. LOL Who knows?
I know surfers do like convenience so if most porn was under some sort of Industry-wide AVS system i think it would be worthwhile.
